Matt was the service technician that came out to my house for an inspection and the quarterly bait checks. He was absolutely great at identifying the issue and quickly finding a resolution for it! He definitely went above and beyond by suggesting the most appropriate bait for inside my home that would not affect my 2 cats and put the outside bait boxes closer to the house for better protection. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience very pleasant and reassuring. I would love to request Matt to come service my home each time I have an inspection or box check!

He had an apprentice that I’m embarrassed to not remember his name, who took care of us in the most professional way. They did the treatment walking us through every step of the way instilling confidence in us and being clear and also compassionate in the way they did their work.
